We’re fans and we will be repurchasing

I first bought this product almost 8 months ago and I will be repurchasing next month. This option was less expensive than giving my dog flea and tick meds orally and it is also one less thing on my to do list each month and now only a once or twice a year occurrence. This size is perfect for my 54 lbs GSD Beagle mix and I just trim any excess that I think might be in the way or bothersome. She has not minded it being on and it doesn’t cause her any extra scratching either. It is perfectly durable for my not-so-active baby (I mean doggy) and you can hardly even see it since she has longer fur/hair. In the last four pictures I have taken of her (see attached images) as you can see, it is only visible in one of them and it is not an eyesore by any means. I have had no complaints about this collar. No flea or ticks found and it only came off once when she was playing with another dog, which isn’t very often anyways. And it didn’t break, it just came off and I put it right back on. I’m a fan and I think she is too. Highly recommended by us.

Collar is amazing!!

I have a boxerdoodle who is approximately 62 lbs. Before the collar I used drops and I seen no change in the fleas. I figured I would put him and my 2 pugs back on the simparica trio pill and then I found this collar. I bathed him the first time with just regular dog shampoo (waiting on the flea shampoo delivery) and I popped this collar on him. Hes had it on for 3 days and I can tell a significant difference in the fleas. After day 3 I decided to bath him again and he only had about 5 fleas on him. A big difference from before! This collar is doing its job and I love it!! Better than the drops for sure!! If I can remember, I will give an update in a month or so.

Cons • Pricey compared with some monthly options, but cost offsets frequent re-treating. • Not foolproof in heavy tick areas — we still find ticks after wooded hikes and remove them by hand, so I docked one star. We tried several brands of collars which either didn't work or left breakout patches under the collars. We have so many cats and rescues between three different locations that we finally had to find a fix. We have a discount buyout store in our location and during one of their sales, pet supplies were advertised. We were one of the first people there and we went straight to the medicine/collar area and we had a choice of several brands to chose from and we found some we have used in the past and we said never again, some for not working some 3 month collars that barely worked a month and also the breakout sores. We had never tried the Seresto collars due to cost with having so many cats and dogs, but when the cans said how many months they were good for, hell by the time you totaled up the collars we wasted the money on we could have been and should have been buying Seresto collars. We put them on the outside cats and dogs and have been totally surprised and happy that we agreed to try the Seresto collars. We have had success. Just wished we had used one on a colony rescue that was sick and estimated to be 14 yrs old infected with fleas. Found out he had FIV, malnourished down to 4.5 lbs. and dehydrated and we tried several flea treatments but never Seresto and we lost him to his sickness and anemia. He is the one that led us to find a better treatment for all of the animals. We are on an SSA budget but the animals are our kids and we will supply them with the best, Seresto. Chunky’s fleas are gone Thank you you. SERESTO !!!

My sweet baby boy Chunky came down with acute pancreatitis. Although he he’s totally an inside dog I live in a very warm climate and you can just step on the grass and find fleas or ticks. After Chunky was diagnosed, I had to make sure I didn’t give him any medication that would impact his medical situation including monthly flea pills. He’s a very light haired fluffy Yorkshire Terrier who I actually delivered on Valentines Day last year. I researched a massive amount of flea products and found that this flea collar should be the best for his situation. After several days on him I noticed only one or two fleas after carefully inspecting him but these could have been picked up easily when he was outside. I also don’t see him scratching at all. I’m very pleased with this product and I will use it again. I try out a lot of new dog products and this is certainly one of the best flea collars I have tried. You’re welcome to comment on how pretty my Chunky is ! LOL
